English for IT 2 is the last of two English for IT courses designed for students engaged in the English-taught program at the East Asia University of Technology. Consisting of 15 meticulously crafted lectures, this module offers a balanced mix of language and skills, covering seven main topics such as Working in IT, Data Communication, IT Systems, Administration, Choice, Interactions, and Development. The integrated audio-based communication skills training program develops students’ awareness of communication issues, including coordinating tasks, listening actively, collaborating, and solving problems. Business matters lessons offer practical training in functional skills such as dealing with customer service, negotiations, building relationships, and making recommendations.
